To use GoldBets services you must register an account. Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your GoldBets account balance immediately upon confirmation. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to two business hours during standard banking hours. Visa/Mastercard deposits are typically credited within a few minutes of successful authorisation.
All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. GoldBets does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered GoldBets account holder will be refunded and the account reviewed. GoldBets reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
Never share your GoldBets deposit reference with anyone other than your own payment app. GoldBets support will never ask you to send funds to a personal number – all deposits go through the official GoldBets payment portal only.
GoldBets processes withdrawal requests for verified accounts promptly. Winnings and available balance are withdrawable to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a method in your own registered name. Cross-method withdrawals may be available subject to verification.
The minimum withdrawal amount on GoldBets is Rs 200. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount, however very large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification steps to comply with platform security procedures.
Withdrawal requests will be reviewed before processing. GoldBets reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where: account verification (KYC) has not been completed; active bonus wagering requirements have not been met; the account is under investigation for suspicious activity; or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or terms violation.
A GoldBets account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. GoldBets reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of Rs 100 per month to inactive accounts with remaining balances. Players will be notified before any fee is applied. Logging in reactivates the account immediately.
Sports betting and virtual sports betting on GoldBets are governed by the following general rules. Specific rules for individual sports, market types, and virtual sports products may supplement these general rules.
A bet is considered confirmed when GoldBets issues an official bet confirmation reference to the player. Bets placed but not confirmed due to technical issues, odds changes, or system errors are not binding on GoldBets. Players are responsible for verifying that confirmed bets match their intended selections before the event begins.
Minimum stake per bet on GoldBets is Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by market, event, and player account history. GoldBets reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits at any time and to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including as a risk management measure, without obligation to provide a reason.
GoldBets reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly and demonstrably incorrect due to a technical or human error. This includes but is not limited to: incorrectly formatted odds, odds that differ materially from the prevailing market without justification, and odds posted for incorrect events or selections. Voided bets have their stake returned to the player's balance.
Where a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Where an event is postponed, GoldBets will allow up to 48 hours for the event to be rescheduled. If the event does not commence within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
GoldBets offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page as well as these general bonus terms.
Promotional bonuses credited to your GoldBets account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. For example, a 10× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means the player must wager a total of Rs 10,000 on eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
Not all GoldBets games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game type is stated on the relevant promotion page. As a general guide, sports bets at minimum odds typically contribute 100%, casino table games contribute at varying rates, and certain games may contribute 0% toward a specific bonus's requirements.
All GoldBets bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of credit. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not wagered through in full before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated on each promotion page. GoldBets does not extend bonus expiry periods except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
GoldBets reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will be reviewed and may be closed.
